Average production time is 20 business days. Production time starts once invoice is paid in full and we have all blanks on hand. The more services/add ons required in your project can potentially extend the turnaround time.

Standard screen print MOQ starts at 48 pcs per design.

If your artwork is 7 colors or more, MOQ increases to 75.

Jumbo print MOQ starts at 60 pcs.

Yes, We use a solid coated pantone guide for color matching. ex. 427 C

An extra fee of $15 per custom ink color.

We also have a library of standard inks you can choose from that is free.

We source all kinds of speciality inks from various suppliers. We only use the highest grade products available to us, and do thorough testing to ensure the best quality prints.

We do offer samples, we charge $100 starting fee + $50(added per extra placement/or color) . For Example, If you want a 3 color artwork placed on the front chest of your tee. It would cost you $100 + $50 + $50, totaling $200.

Before we begin production on any project, we send our clients a tech pack to review and approve.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds. If there is a reasonable issue with your order, we may offer a credit memo on your next purchase.
