Plastisol is the industry standard for screen printing. This ink is great for color matching and achieving small details. Plastisol ink works on most colors and textiles and provides the most consistent results.

Discharge Inks - $$
Discharge inks use a bleach-like formula to remove garment color and replace it with ink, resulting in a smooth print. Exact color matching and dye migration may be challenging.

Water-based Ink - $$
Water-based ink is environmentally friendly and enhances the softness of your garment. It absorbs into the fabric, leaving a gentle touch that you'll love. Wear a water-based ink shirt and feel the difference.

PRINTING TECHNIQUES
SPOT COLOR - $
Spot color is the most commonly used print process. Basically each color in your artwork is printed with its own ink color. The more colors used in the design, the more ink colors printed on the garment.

CMYK processing is the oldest halftone print reproduction method used. We use cyan, magenta, yellow and black water-based ink mixed together in small halftone dots to create new tones and colors.
